Worst service I have ever experienced. The technical support and customer service are extremely disappointing. Some technicians can’t see properly while checking anything. They literally have to take it right in front of their eyes to inspect it. The technicians often seem to rush through basic checks, and in my experience, they are sometimes unable to properly identify or inspect the actual issue. The internet speed is also extremely poor, often worse than what I get on mobile data. The biggest issue is the complete lack of support after 6:30 PM. If the internet stops working in the evening, it’s impossible to contact anyone. The company switch off their phones and do not respond on WhatsApp either. Customers are basically left on their own to figure out the problem. There have also been multiple instances where technicians have not answered calls or responded to messages. Getting a technician to visit seems to depend entirely on their mood or convenience. This is completely unacceptable for a service that customers are paying for. What is even more concerning is the behaviour and professionalism of some of the people sent to customers’ homes. Almost all of them, including the females, are just a bunch of roadside chapris/goons. At times, their behaviour is so unprofessional and intimidating that it makes you question whether it is even safe to have them at your home, especially when there is no male member at home. Customers should never have to feel unsafe or uncomfortable because of the people providing a service. Overall, the service, technical support, response time, professionalism, and behaviour of the staff are extremely poor.
